My Personal Training packages are designed for all abilities and all levels of fitness, i provide the Ultimate Packages for my clients.
See below our 5 packages that I offer and massage prices

The Standard Package is £35 Per 1 Hour Session. This is if you pay per session, if you can not commit to a block of sessions

My Bronze Package is the perfect package for anybody starting up and never had a personal trainer before. This will give you an introduction on I work, and how you need to work for your goal. It is £200 for 10 Sessions, lasting one Hour. This includes a free fitness test so I can design the perfect workouts for all my clients based on their abilities. this works out to £20.00 an hour. Once you have paid for 10 sessions you are committed to 10 sessions, you will only be refunded for extreme circumstances.

My Silver Package begins with increasing your level of commitment, you get a bespoke nutrition plan. This package is perfect for those with a time limited goal, such as wedding, birthday, holiday or after baby body. It is £250 for 10 Sessions with a duration of 1 Hour. Once you have paid for 10 sessions you are committed to 10 sessions, you will only be refunded for extreme circumstances.

My Gold Package is our premium package. This package is classed as the TRANSFORMATION package. It is £350 for 10 Sessions with a duration of 1 Hour. This includes home/gym programme, a full 4 week nutrition diary. Once you have paid for 10 sessions you are committed to 10 sessions, you will only be refunded for extreme circumstances.

I offer two types of massage, sports massage and Aromatherapty massage. I offer mobile massage and can only pre book these appointments. Sports massage prices are: 30 minutes for £20, 45 minutes for £25, 60 minutes for £30. Aromatherapy prices are 30 minutes for £25, 45 minutes for £30, 60 minutes for £35.
My Facilities
I provide our own fitness equipment for home and local park training sessions. I offer a range of equipment from bars to bosu to TRX, which shall offer you the best oppurtunity to forfil a great workout.
Home Training
Are you someone that is scared of the idea of using equipment that your not sure of? or not 100% on how to lose them extra few pounds? or how to improve core stability? well home training is for you. You would have no gym membership fees only the payment for me to train you, so money is also saved by going down this path. We would bring all the equipment needed to your home and you will be taught how to use it with the instruction of how to do it safely and correctly. A lot of people already own some pieces of equipment, which makes the training easier but even if you never done nothing like exercise or personal training then we have everything that's needed for a great workout.
Outdoor Training
During the warmer seasons many people enjoy training outside because this gives the routine a bit more excitement. This also helps you improve core stability and balance because of the uneven surfaces.
Nutritional Advice
Not All Trainers can give nutritional advice correctly, with the backing up of qualifications. A Lot of them tell you what they think is best, rather than knowing what is best for their client. There is a charge of £250 for me to design you a food diary and for me to give you recommended recipes to help with your goal.
Online Training
With the current climate i have started online training, this is by video call or remote training. this is the perfect training for doing it in your home, no travel and the results.
This is a fantastic way of training because you get that personal trainer environment but also with a support and knowledge of to do this safely and efficient
This training is suitable for all ages over the age of 16 and ability to up to 80.
The Technical Stuff
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or Direct in the personal trainers account, there is a maximum length of time you have to have personal training is 6 months after you paid. Information of customer rights to cancel you have a 7 day cooling off period to decide whether you want to continue. If you have made a payment and started the sessions and paid in a block booking you are only entitled to a refund for extreme circumstances.
The steps to starting your sessions: We have a consultation to make sure of any questions involved or enquiries. If deciding to go through with the sessions you make the payment and have a 7 day cooling off period before the first session starts. You are entitled to your money back in this time frame. Take reasonable steps to allowing you to correct any errors in their order. All terms and conditions are readily available.
